Many of our designers are still building their brands and refining their processes. Sometimes, we may not have products readily available for sale, and the descriptions may not be perfect—but rest assured, as they grow, so does the experience.
This dynamic process means our inventory is always evolving—and sometime even unpredictable. Our platform encourages designers to take risks, make mistakes, and find their voice. Because failure isn't the opposite of success...it's a part of it.

Tailoring That Goes Beyond Ordinary
Why trust your clothing to anyone other than a designer who understands every stitch and seam? We offer custom garment creation and expert alterations by skilled designers, seamstresses, and tailors who bring artistry and precision to every piece.
The Process
Alterations
- Appointments Only: Schedule your session to ensure personalized service.
- No Cleaning Services: Please bring your garments ready for alterations.
- Rush Orders: Available for last-minute changes with additional fees.
Custom Garments
1. Consultation: Start with a one-time free consultation to discuss your style, occasion, budget, and timeline.
2. Deposits:
- 25% deposit to cover fabric and supplies.
- An additional 25% deposit when construction begins.
3. Fittings:
- First Fitting (6 weeks out): Initial adjustments and a chance to confirm style, fit, and details.
- Second Fitting (4 weeks out): Minor alterations and final tweaks.
- Final Fitting (1 week out): Ensure a perfect fit before taking your garment home.
Please note: Additional fittings beyond the third may incur extra fees.
Important Details
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- Delivery & Payment: Remaining balances are due on the agreed delivery date. Garments not picked up or paid for will become property of Cincinnati and Dayton Threads and may be sold.
- Body Changes: We cannot guarantee fit if your size or body shape changes after the order is placed. Notify us immediately if adjustments are needed.
