(DE-FI) Global INC invites those who move the needle, designers, models, textile makers, educators, business leaders, or community partners, dreamers, and doers. We're re(DE-FI)ning fashion as an engine for opportunity, creativity, and change across Dayton, Cincinnati, and the Midwest.

We curate rooms thoughtfully, not out of exclusion, but out of impact. Our incubators serve aspiring and emerging talent directly, while our events unite the full ecosystem of makers, mentors, manufacturers, media, and strategic partners. You don’t need years of experience to engage, just the willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a stronger Midwest fashion economy.

For select events, a limited number of first-come, first-served tickets may be made available to ensure access while maintaining our mission.

To keep events balanced, we manage attendance through three clear tiers, each designed to recognize commitment, contribution, and community support.

Tier 1 — Core Members

Who: House of (DE-FI)ance members, incubator participants, board members, and key partners.

Access: First priority for all (DE-FI) events, workshops, and private previews. Guaranteed seating (within RSVP deadlines), early registration access, and discounted or complimentary tickets.

Why: They are the backbone of (DE-FI)’s mission, building and sustaining the ecosystem year-round.

Tier 2 — Industry Collaborators

Who: Retail buyers, boutique owners, stylists, sponsors, educators, media, and (DE-FI) alumni.

Access: Second priority for Fashion Weeks, forums, and professional programs. Early RSVP windows, premium seating where available, and complimentary access to select mixers.

Why: They help expand opportunities for talent and strengthen (DE-FI)’s connection to the broader creative economy.

Tier 3 — Supporters & General Public

Who: Community supporters, art enthusiasts, students, and first-time attendees.

Access: Opens after Tiers 1 and 2. Limited seating or standing-room tickets, with full-price or donation-based entry. Regular attendees or volunteers may gain Tier 2 consideration over time.

Why: They are the cultural foundation those who amplify (DE-FI)’s story and energy throughout the community.

Our events often fill weeks in advance, and communication ensures fairness for all tiers.

1. RSVP using the provided format so we can plan seating and experience flow.
2. Notify us if plans change, this allows others to participate.
3. No-shows without notice will require re-confirmation before future invitations.

This policy protects opportunities for working creatives and maintains the integrity of each experience. Many events are free or subsidized, your courtesy helps us serve more people, better.
