580 Calumet Ln, Dayton, OH 45417
The Style Boss Honorees celebrate Dayton and Cincinnati’s most influential community and business leaders, individuals who drive change, inspire others, and lead with purpose, all while expressing their unique sense of style. Selected by (DE-FI) Global INC, these honorees represent excellence in leadership and the confidence to stand out. Whether advancing innovation, championing causes, or shaping the cultural fabric of the region, each Style Boss proves that true influence is as much about substance as it is about style.
Our Style Boss Honorees are a fashion-forward celebration of bold leaders, cultural influencers, and agents of change who leave a mark wherever they go and aren't afraid to get into some good trouble. Whether they lead from boardrooms, newsrooms, classrooms, or the community, Style Bosses stand out for their exceptional style and their powerful presence.
This recognition celebrates individuals across our region who use their influence to uplift others and who do it with undeniable flair. This is not a fashion industry award (that’s what the (DE-FI) Honors Guild is for). This is about honoring those whose style is personal and purposeful, whose leadership is transformative, and who aren’t afraid to make bold statements with both their voice and their wardrobe.
Closet for a Cause
As part of the celebration, selected honorees are invited to take part in Closet for a Cause, where they’ll donate standout pieces from their personal collection. These items will be sold during special events, with proceeds benefiting , The Art of (DE-FI)ance our nonprofit initiative supporting aspiring fashion creatives through educational programming, mentorship, and career-building resources.
***Participation in Closet for a Cause is encouraged but not required.***
