One of the best things to know about (DE-FI) is that we are always on the search for the new talent!
Things to keep in mind:
Designers- New designers are eligible to enroll in the fashion incubator once a year. If you miss the enrollment period, there are still opportunities for you to participate in non-CFDA Connects related workshops, events, and activities throughout the year via the House of (DE-FI)ance: A Fashion & Design Co-working Experience monthly gatherings.
If you are a designer only looking to sell your work on Dayton Threads we accept submission and will add designs to our online boutique regularly. Dayton Threads will relaunch in September during the 6th Annual A Weekend of (DE-FI)ance.
Models- As of right now, we are no longer accepting model submissions for the Dayton Fashion Week Launch Party. However, should a participating designer request additional models, we will post the details both here and on our social media pages, so be sure to follow us there and check back here frequently.
